One Pot Pasta
I Don't Feel Like Cooking
Veggie-loaded one-pot pasta is a quick and easy dinner recipe.

Cook Time 10 minutes mins
- 1 pound linguini or spaghetti
- 5½ cups water
- 10 oz. cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups packed spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup parmesan
Add pasta, water, tomatoes, garlic, basil, pepper and salt to a large pan (preferably a wide one that the pasta can lay flat in.)
Bring to a boil on high heat. Boil for 9-10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender (this may vary on type of pasta.) Add more water as needed.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
Remove from heat and stir in olive oil, lemon juice, and parmesan.
